Prisma Pinot Noir 2019 750ML

The Bottle: Welcome to the ground floor of the newest wine trend: Chilean reds! Chile is most known for its production of quaffable whites but their red wines are about to hit the big time.

The Producer: Ricardo Baettig grows his grapes in the Lo Ovalle subregion of the Casablanca Valley where the coastal microclimate benefits from fog, large diurnal shifts in temperature, and its clay and granite soil.

The Why:Burgundian in style, this sustainable red checks all of the boxes of a light, fruity Pinot Noir. The wine is aged in neutral barrels which adds a touch of tannins with only a hint of oaky richness.
