Paolo Palumbo Bianco Vivace NV 750ML

The Bottle: Falanghina is believed to have been made into Falernian wine, the most famous wine in Ancient Rome. This wine is produced by Charmat Method in which it carbonates in steel tank rather than in bottle.

The Producer: Paolo Palumbo is the third generation of his family to make wine from grapes grown in the hills around Naples. He is expert in understanding the myriad ancient varieties and unusual microclimates of Campania.

The Why:A wine made to be opened and enjoyed, this medium-bodied sparkling Falanghina exudes notes of minerality and and lemon zest. This wine is a great alternative to Prosecco!
