The Producer: The first vines found at Mont Redon date back to Roman times. In 1923, Henri Plantin took over the land and began to plant on the wide open, never before cultivated plateau, laden with rocky soil and forest patches.
The Why:An intense nose with red fruit aromas and complex smokiness. The palate begins tight with focused tannins but opens up to a structured, grippy mouthfeel with some air. We recommend decanting for best tasting experience.
