Château Guilhem Pot de Vin 2018 750ML

The Bottle: This wine was inspired by an old wine label Bertrand found while looking through his grandfather's desk. The wine was called "Le pot-de-vin" which translates to "the bribe," in French.

The Producer: This Chateau was built in 1791 and was bought by the Guilhem family in 1878. Bertrand is the fifth generation of his family to run the estate and he has converted to organic and biodynamic farming.

The Why:This easy-to-drink wine with pretty red fruit comes from biodynamically grown grapes fermented with native yeasts, has little added sulfites, and was made in concrete tanks built by Bertrand's grandfather.
