Barnard Griffin Sauvignon Blanc 375ml can 375ML

The Bottle: Most people think New Zealand or France when they hear Sauvignon Blanc. From Washington, however, the varietal evokes more minerality and citrus rather than tropical fruit.

The Producer: After gaining a few years of experience in the Napa Valley, Rob Griffin decided to take a leap of faith and travel to Washington State with his wife and began making wine in 1983. Since then, their facilities and line up have grown but they've maintained their hands on approach to every wine they craft.

The Why:Pear, melon and blood orange on the palate give way to honeyed meyer lemon and stone minerality on the finish.
