The Producer: Established in 1952, the winery shifted into contemporary winemaking in 2004 when grandson Artemis Karamolegos invested in the production and vineyards. This is the third largest winery in Santorini.
The Why:Distinct aromas of citrus and white florals, combined with hints of smoke from the volcanic soil. Dry, honeyed fruits and candied vanilla on the palate. Medium-bodied and well balanced with a mineral finish.
