Alfredo Bertolani Rosé Lambrusco NV 750ML

The Bottle: In the 70's and 80's sweet, bubbly Lambrusco was the #1 imported wine to the United States! Tastes changed and it fell out of popularity, but drier styles of this fizzy wine are making a comeback.

The Producer: The Bertolani winery was set up in Scandiano in 1925 by Alfredo Bertolani. In 2008, the Bertolani family built a new winery focusing on low environmental impact and sustainability.

The Why:This fizzy rosé is completely dry and offers a unique take on Lambrusco. Fragrant aromas, chewy mouthfeel and dried fruit on the palate, this wine is great as an apertif or pairs well with cured meats and hard cheeses.
