Rimbert Petit Cochon Bronzé Rosé 2019 750ML

The Bottle: Wines from the Languedoc are generally more affordable than wine from other regions of France, and because there are less wine making restrictions in the area, there tends to be more experimentation.

The Producer: Jean-Marie Rimbert has 20 hectares spread amongst 40 diverse parcels each with different soil compositions and expositions. His objective is to cultivate vineyards with the utmost respect for the environment.

The Why:Deep scents of crushed red cherries, guava paste, overripe fig and a hint of smoked sweet herbs. On the palate, blood orange and red berries are balanced by the wine's generous minerality.
