Aragosta Rosé 2019 750ML



The Bottle: Very little rosé is produced in Sardinia. This bottle is predominantly Cannonau (Italian for Grenache) but is blended with two lesser known varietals, Monica and Cagnulari.

The Producer: Cantina Santa Maria la Palma is a co-op of over one hundred farmers on the island of Sardinia, founded in 1959. They now operate 700 hectares of land and produce a handful of award winning wines.

The Why:This medium bodied rosé has a nose of rose petals and wild berry. On the palate, dry fruit and citrus pith mingle with a touch of salinity. Pair with fish or soft cheeses.
